Last year, the Food Bank distributed 43 million pounds of food to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on San Diego County, the Food Bank is currently providing food assistance to nearly 600,000 people every month.
By partnering with nearly 500 nonprofit food distribution partners and through its North County Food Bank chapter, the Food Bank provides nutritious food to individuals and families in need in communities throughout San Diego County.
