National change from the ground up

Join Accelerator for America in helping communities provide direct financial assistance to Americans in need.

Unemployment in the U.S. has skyrocketed due to COVID-19, and too many Americans are excluded from federal assistance programs.

As we keep our distance and stay safe, we must come together to lift American communities in need. After successfully piloting a direct financial assistance program in Los Angeles, Accelerator for America is now helping 10 additional communities across the U.S. establish assistance programs to help their residents most in need — Atlanta, GA; the State of Connecticut; the State of Rhode Island; Chattanooga, TN; Dayton, OH; Birmingham, AL; Oklahoma City, OK; Salt Lake City, UT; Louisville, KY; and Austin, TX. Seed funding for this initiative was provided by the Open Society Foundations.

We're all in this together.
